◆Caution regarding the new passport change in 2025 Due to the change of passport, the visa, WP, and TRC you already have will be invalid. If you have been in the country for more than one month, you will be blacklisted and will be affected in the future when re-entering Vietnam. Please be sure to contact us before making any changes.
*If you exceed one month, a fine of approximately 200,000 yen will be imposed and you will not be allowed to leave Vietnam until the fine is paid.

*Emergency visas are applied for the day before and issued the next day. (Not available on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays)

Currently, the Immigration Bureau is conducting strict checks, and it takes at least two weeks to prepare the documents, apply, and obtain the approval letter. If you are considering various approval letters, business visas, family visas, etc., please be sure to contact us as soon as possible .
*We recommend that you purchase your air ticket after your visa has been issued. Please note that we cannot take any responsibility if you are unable to purchase your ticket in time.
We have been receiving an increasing number of inquiries about extensions from customers who entered the country with an e-visa. Please note that although other companies' websites state that renewal is possible, this is not currently being accepted.

Visa on arrival application form and how to fill it out
Vietnam Visa Rescue 24 has released the method for downloading and filling out the Vietnam Arrival Visa Application Form so that customers who obtain the shortest Vietnam visa / emergency visa (acquiring an arrival visa at the local airport) can respond without causing confusion or anxiety. We are doing it.
Please help us to print and fill out the application form before departure.
In case of emergency, you can fill it out on board or when you arrive at the local international airport. In rare cases, the application form may run out at the arrival airport, so please ask the staff.
